The information in this Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

2. PERSONAL DATA

  1. Who is the controller of Users’ personal data?
    The controller of the User’s personal data is the Controller.

  2. How can the Controller be contacted?

  3. How do we obtain data about Users and their behavior?

    1. Through information entered by the User in the inquiry form available on the Website. Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data will make it impossible to receive an answer to the inquiry submitted via the form.

    2. By storing cookie files (so-called cookies) on end devices.

    3. By saving logs at the web server level.

  4. For what purposes and on what basis do we use data?

    1. Data provided to the Controller via the inquiry form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form, i.e. to answer the submitted inquiry. Contact with the User will take place by telephone or e-mail. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the purposes of the controller’s legitimate interest – communication with Users.

    2. Data stored in cookies is processed for the following purposes:

      • statistical purposes, i.e. creating statistics that help understand how Users use the Website. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the purposes of the controller’s legitimate interest - improving the structure and content of the Website,

      • marketing purposes, i.e. displaying tailored materials to the User in advertising networks, in particular the Google network. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the purposes of the controller’s legitimate interest – presenting information about the Controller’s services, including the possibility for the Controller to present offers tailored to Users’ needs and interests and to increase sales of the Controller’s services.

    3. Data stored in server logs is processed for technical purposes. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the purposes of the controller’s legitimate interest - ensuring the proper operation of the Website.

  5. For what period do we process personal data?

    1. Data provided to the Controller via the inquiry form is processed for the period necessary to answer the inquiry submitted in the form.

    2. With regard to cookies, until they expire or until they are deleted by the User from the browser.

    3. With regard to server logs, for 60 days.

  6. What rights does the User have?

    1. Right of access to personal data: the User has the right to request access to their personal data processed by the Controller.

    2. Right to rectification of data: the User has the right to request that the Controller immediately rectify, complete or update personal data concerning them.

    3. Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"): the User has the right - where circumstances provided for by law exist - to request that the Controller erase personal data concerning them. Depending on the situation: the Controller will erase the data without undue delay or refuse to carry out this action if there are legal grounds for further processing of the User’s data and such grounds override the User’s interests.

    4. Right to restriction of processing: the User has the right to restrict the processing of their data. Processing may be restricted solely and exclusively to the performance of specified purposes.

    5. Right to data portability: the User has the right to receive their personal data in a commonly used machine-readable format and has the right to transmit such data to another entity.

    6. Right to object: the User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data based on the Controller’s legitimate interest. In such a case, the Controller must cease processing the User’s personal data unless the Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the User, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.

    7. Right to withdraw consent: a User whose data is processed by the Controller on the basis of consent has the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

    8. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: a User whose data is processed by the Controller has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, within the meaning of the GDPR, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  7. The Controller informs that it does not carry out profiling of Users on the Website on the basis of which decisions could be made that produce legal effects concerning Users or similarly significantly affect them.

  8. The Controller informs that, in connection with the Website, it uses the services of entities supporting its activities, which include:

    1. The hosting provider.

    2. Providers of online tools used for marketing or analytical purposes, in particular Google.

  9. Data will not be made available to third parties, subject to situations in which the Controller may be obliged to provide information collected by the Website to authorized authorities on the basis of lawful requests, to the extent resulting from such requests.

  10. The Controller ensures the confidentiality and security of the personal data provided to it:

    1. it collects personal data with due diligence and protects it against access by unauthorized persons,

    2. it implements appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring proper protection of personal data.

  11. The Controller takes all necessary actions to ensure that entities supporting its activities also provide guarantees of applying appropriate security measures when processing data on behalf of the Controller.

 

3. COOKIES

  1. The Website uses cookies.

  2. What are cookies?

    1. Cookies are IT data, in particular small text files, that are stored on the User’s end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone).

    2. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the period for which they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.

  3. Cookies may be read by the Controller’s Website (first-party cookies) or by third-party websites.

  4. Some cookies used by the Website are deleted after the browser session ends, i.e. after it is closed (session cookies), while other cookies are stored on the User’s end device and enable the User’s browser to be recognized when the User next visits the Website (persistent cookies).

  5. First-party cookies are used to ensure the proper operation of the Website.

  6. For what purposes do we access information contained in cookies?

    1. Analytical and statistical purposes, i.e. to create statistics showing how Users use the Website pages, which in turn enables the Controller to improve the structure and content of the Website.

    1. Remarketing purposes, i.e. to display tailored materials to the User in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

  7. How can cookies be managed?

    1. Web browsers usually allow cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default.

    2. If the User does not disable the use of cookies in the browser settings, this means that the User consents to their use.

    3. The User may independently and at any time change cookie settings in order to define the rules for storing cookies and obtaining access to the device used by the User. The Website User may change browser settings - e.g. block automatic cookie handling or receive information each time cookies are placed on the device.

    5. Cookies are used by advertising networks (in particular the Google network) to display advertisements tailored to the way the User uses the Website. For this purpose, they may store information about the User’s navigation path or the time spent on a given page.     6. The Controller also uses cookies through the use of Google Analytics analytical and statistical tools. These services help the Controller analyze traffic on the Website. As a result, the Controller receives information about visits to the Website, including such information as: viewed subpages, time spent on the Website, the type of devices and browsers from which Users visit the website, IP address, domain name, and geographical and demographic data (age, gender, interests). These data are aggregate and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain features identifying persons visiting the Website.   8. The Controller informs that restrictions on the use of cookies or disabling cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website.

 

4. SERVER LOGS

  1. Regardless of cookies, each time the User visits the Website, the Website automatically saves on its server information transmitted by web browsers.

  2. The information referred to in section 1 is saved in the form of server logs containing:

    1. the User’s IP address,

    2. information about the web browser and operating system used by the User,

    3. the URL address of the website previously visited by the User – if the transition to the Website occurred via a link,

    4. the amount of data transmitted,

    5. the date and time of access.

  3. Information in server logs:

    1. is aggregate and anonymous, i.e. it is not associated with specific persons browsing the Website’s resources and is not used to identify Users,

    2. is not disclosed to third parties,

    3. is saved and stored on the server,

    4. is used solely for server management purposes, i.e. diagnosing possible problems related to server operation and generating statistics useful for the effective administration of the Website.

 

 

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Changes may be justified, for example, by the development of Website functionalities, technological progress, or changes in applicable laws.
